Instructions for Use:

1. Install the two baskets and the racks according to the manufacturer's instructions
2. Select a cooking mode (or set the temperature/time manually)
3. If using both baskets at once, turn on Sync Cook or Sync Finish so they cook or finish at the same time
4. Watch the progress through the glass window – no need to open the fryer while cooking
5. When cooking is done, the unit signals and shuts off automatically. Unplug it and lift the baskets out by the handles, watching out for hot steam
6. Once cool, remove the parts and wash them with warm water/soap

Notes:

• Do not use metal utensils, to avoid scratching the nonstick coating.
• Arrange food properly so hot air circulates evenly (put longer-cooking items such as meat on the lower level, and quick-cooking items such as vegetables or potatoes on the upper level).
• Clean as soon as the fryer cools down to keep grease from building up.
• Check the silicone seal and seat the baskets correctly to avoid leaks or uneven heating.
